What conditions do you treat?

We support fertility, pregnancy, pain, hormonal balancing, anxiety, digestion, trauma, post-surgical healing, weight loss, smoking cessation, insomnia, migraines, and overall wellness.

Do treatments hurt?

Acupuncture needles are hair-thin and most people feel nothing or only a gentle sensation. Many clients fall asleep during treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person responds differently. Most clients feel improvement within 3–6 sessions, and more complex conditions (fertility, chronic pain) benefit from ongoing weekly treatment.

Do you specialize in fertility?

Yes. At Inner Spring Wellness practitioners have extensive experience supporting natural fertility, IVF/IUI cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, and miscarriage recovery.

Is acupuncture safe during IVF or pregnancy?

Yes — when performed by a licensed acupuncturist. We specialize in fertility and prenatal support and tailor each treatment to your stage and medical plan. We use pregnancy-safe points to address nausea, fatigue, pelvic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and labor preparation.

Do you offer combination treatments?

Absolutely. Many sessions blend acupuncture, cupping, ear seeds, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, or energy work depending on your needs.

Do you take insurance?

We can provide a superbill for reimbursement if your plan covers acupuncture. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Eat a light snack, avoid alcohol/caffeine before treatment, and wear comfortable clothing.

What should I expect during my first visit?

We’ll go over your health history, goals, and current symptoms. A personalized treatment plan is created, followed by your first acupuncture session.

What is your cancellation policy?

An acupuncture appointment at our clinic is viewed as a commitment between the acupuncturist and patient. We respect your time and ask you to do the same for ours. We request 24 hours’ notice in order to not accrue the full service session fee. While we understand that situations come up and emergencies happen, we do not double-book the schedule and late cancellations and missed appointments greatly impact our business. if you fail to show up for your initial appointment (two hours) you will be charged $150. Also please note that treatment time is not extended for late arrivals. Thank you for understanding.
